In this highly interactive session, Senior Vice President of Radford Surveys + Consulting John Radford will draw from Radford’s national compensation database to discuss nationwide trends and local regional differentials covering base salary, cash incentive and equity compensation trends. John will also engage the audience is discussing their key HR compensation priorities, providing a unique perspective from his 30+ years in the profession.

Radford’s extensive database includes more than 42,000 Minneapolis/St Paul-based incumbents with key technology and medical device companies.

About John Radford
John Radford co-founded Radford Associates in 1975 and led the firm to a premier market position as the top compensation survey provider for the technology industries. After nearly 20 years at Radford, he accepted the top compensation position at Cisco Systems where, over the next eight years, he implemented some of the most recognized and leading compensation and HR-related programs in the field.

John rejoined Radford Surveys + Consulting in 2002 as a senior vice president. His primary responsibilities include the overall management of the Global Life Sciences Survey and the management of the company's Strategic Steering Committees. He also is a regular speaker on a wide variety of compensation topics.

John earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master of business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
