Navigating change and building trust to drive business results for Buffalo Wild Wings

A live panel discussion with BWW’s CHRO, CFO and CIO

Buffalo Wild Wings is an established and growing owner, operator, and franchisor of restaurants featuring a variety of boldly-flavored, crave-able menu items, including our Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant create a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere that includes an extensive multi-media system, a full bar and an open layout, which appeals to sports fans and families alike. We differentiate our restaurants by the social environment we create and the connection we make with our Team Members, guests and the local community.

Buffalo Wild Wings operates in nine countries, with over 600 company owned restaurants and 41,000 team members. Additionally BWW has over 600 Franchise restaurants.

BWW has always been a high growth organization. The last two years have been challenging for the organization. The need to react quickly and definitively to internal and external variables has resulted in a great deal of change within the organization.
