Welcome to the HR Executive Forum! We are a professional membership organization whose programming provides strategic, leading edge topics with an eye to practical application. We are dedicated to serve and support the professional development needs of senior-level HR professionals in our community.
HR Executive Forum is looking forward to another great year and we hope you will participate as a member for the 2015/2016 program year. Our name reflects our commitment to sponsor engaging programs and lively dialogue among local HR executives.
Our 2015/2016 program year theme is - “HR in the 21st Century”
Incredible pressures face our organizations today – increasing globalization, rapid technological change, tougher competition, new organizational alliances, new structures and hierarchies, new ways of assigning work, a higher velocity of change, and evolving workforce demographics and capabilities. These pressures create a need and opportunity for the human resource function to play a critical role in helping organizations navigate through these transitions. In order to excel in this role, HR will have to increase its real and perceived value.
Please join us this year for a very exciting lineup of innovative speakers as we explore topics that will both push our thinking and give us practical advice for addressing how to bring HR into the 21st century.
Welcome letter from the President:
Dear HR Leaders,
HR Executive Forum has been steadily increasing in membership and participation for three simple and compelling reasons: stimulating programs and discussions, quality member relationships, and some of the best peer networking available. We exist to help senior, strategic HR practitioners come together to share ideas, deepen friendships and collaboration, and have some fun! With another year of stellar programming ahead, we look forward to seeing returning members and welcoming new members. Questions? Call any of our Board of Directors members, or Kristin Nordling, our Membership Chairperson.
